About
The Country Club Estates Irrigation (CCEI) system is a network of underground pipes (generally about 12 inches in diameter) that delivers flood irrigation water from the Salt River Project canal system to residential SRP Water customers in the Country Club Estates neighborhood in Mesa, Arizona.
The system is maintained by the volunteer trustees of Country Club Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 72, assisted by other volunteers in the Country Club Estates Irrigation Committee. It is not maintained by SRP beyond its gate at 10th Street and Palmer Street.

Country Club Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 72 is a “Special Taxation District” which was created by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in 2019 per Title 48, Chapter 20 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, with overwhelming support from residents within the CCEI boundaries. Funds for maintaining the CCEI system come from Maricopa County property tax revenues collected from all properties within the CCE IWDD No. 72 boundaries.
